WOHA Finances

WOHA is a non-profit corporation registered with the state of Texas. Financial documents are disclosed to its members periodically, at each board meeting or upon member request.

Our Treasurer oversees all revenues and approved expenses in accordance with our By-Laws. The WOHA Board allocates over $45,000 in a typical year to pay for community expenses such as lawn care, insurances, utilities, legal needs, governmental advocacy, infrastructure repairs and neighborhood improvements.

Starting in 2025, our fiscal year will begin annually on January 1st. The majority of WOHA operating funds are derived from membership dues. Memberships must be renewed or continued each fiscal year to be valid and eligible for benefits. 

 

Please note, although WOHA is a non-profit entity, membership dues and donations are not generally not tax deductible.​
