By-Laws clarify the purpose and powers of WOHA and dictate how its Board and members can conduct various managerial tasks, such as allocate funds, hold periodic community meetings and elections.

 

By-Laws should not be confused with either WOHA Covenants or CoSA Code and Ordinances which specify rules and requirements for all properties and residents (click here).
